Matching into heme-onc from a community IM program is also an extremely uphill battle. In general Rad-Onc tends to be much better in lifestyle. this is highly decisive. Rad onc is somewhate more technical related, I think. You like call, rounding the wards, placing catheters and chemo -> heme/onc.
